• FAE Engineer

    Job requirements:

    1. Having a bachelor's degree or above, graduated from majors such as communication engineering, automation, electronic information, semiconductor, microelectronics, etc;

    2. Proficient in using PCB drawing software, able to independently complete schematics and PCB layouts;

    3. Proficient in using conventional instruments such as audio analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc.

    4. Has strong language expression and communication skills, loves challenges, and possesses the awareness and ability to continuously learn.

    5. Strong ability in needs analysis and proactive problem-solving, responsible and willing to learn new things.

    6. Priority will be given to those with more than 2 years of experience in software and hardware development, and those with more than 2 years of experience in chip factory FAE/AE work will be given priority consideration.

    7. Through CET-4, able to independently read and write English documents.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for collecting, processing, providing feedback, and tracking customer technical issues, and providing excellent technical support to customers.

    2. Responsible for discovering new customers, understanding their needs, and working with sales to complete Design in.

    3. Responsible for answering on-site technical questions and maintaining products.

    4. Timely learn and master the company's products and technologies, and stay informed about industry trends.

    5. Provide technical training for marketing personnel, sales personnel, and agents, and complete the writing of relevant technical, application, and other documents.

    6. Deeply understand product applications and technological development trends, assist market personnel in proposing new product requirements and definitions.

  • Audio chip sales

    Job requirements:

    1. Electronic related professional education, with strong sales ability and no professional requirements.

    2. Experience in promoting and selling audio chips in the market is preferred.

    3. Good at communication and possess excellent teamwork skills.

    4. Strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure, possessing a pioneering spirit, and adept at discovering and seizing opportunities.

    5. Have a certain level of English proficiency.

    6. Salary for those with work experience will be discussed separately.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Promotion and sales of audio chip products, agent management, major customer support and management.

    2. Establish and maintain good business relationships with agents and customers.

    3. Manage and support agents, execute sales plans, monitor sales progress, and ensure sales plan achievement.

    4. Timely feedback customer needs to relevant departments of the company and coordinate work effectively.

    5. Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize information on the demand for audio chips in the market.

    6. Analyze market trends and collaborate with relevant departments to expand industry application business.

    7. Competitor investigation and analysis.

    8. Grasping market information such as price trends.
